We process the data you send us through the forms, by email or by phone: names, contact details, test answers, family situation, children, income, residence status and the documents needed for your file. This data is sensitive: it is handled confidentially and solely to prepare your file. The online test is anonymous unless you ask to receive the result by email.

To respond to your requests, provide our services, send you the test result and contact you again if you have agreed to this, invoice, and meet our legal obligations. Data is only passed to our partner lawyer with your consent.

Our emails are hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.). Online payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.); we do not receive your card details. The website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA. Some of these providers may transfer data outside Switzerland, with appropriate safeguards.

This website uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. Your choice of language may be stored in your browser.

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 24 months. Case and billing data are kept for 10 years, as required by law.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to order@abc-office.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (PFPDT).
