Court fees and official charges, payable in addition
These amounts are set by cantonal tariffs and paid by every couple, with or without support. The court may ask for an advance on costs when the application is filed.

ABC fees: CHF 1,410 + translations according to our rates. International divorce package CHF 1,290, ordering the marriage certificate from Portugal CHF 120.
Payable in addition (official fees): court fees of CHF 900 in the canton of Vaud, cost of the Portuguese certificate and postage. Optional: review of the agreement by our partner lawyer, CHF 250.
FAQ
Do your prices include court fees?
No. Our prices are our fees only. Court fees are paid directly to the court.
Do both spouses pay separately?
No, our divorce packages are per couple. You decide between you who pays.
How do I pay?
Online by card or TWINT via Stripe, when you order. Costs advanced by ABC are invoiced separately.
